Low-speed high-torque direct drive motor
Our company proudly launches our core product, the permanent magnet direct drive motor. This low-speed, high-torque direct drive motor, with its core advantage of driving various general-purpose machinery without the need for a speed reducer, has become a new driving choice for key industries such as mining, building materials, and power. It employs a dual insulation process of "VPI vacuum pressure impregnation + epoxy resin vacuum potting," significantly improving insulation reliability. It is compatible with various mechanical equipment such as belt conveyors, mills, and elevators, injecting new power into efficient production in the industrial field.


This permanent magnet direct drive motor boasts multi-dimensional adaptability and high performance in terms of technical parameters: rated voltage covers the full range of industrial voltage levels, including 380V, 660V, 1140V, 3.3kV, 6kV, and 10kV; power range covers 160kW to 1600kW; and speed range enables low-speed, high-torque output from 0 to 90r/min. It achieves H-class insulation, meets IP65 industrial protection requirements, employs a water-cooling design to ensure continuous operational stability, and is compatible with frame sizes from 560V to 800. Its technical parameters comprehensively match the operating conditions of drive equipment in heavy industrial sectors such as mining, building materials, and power.
The system eliminates intermediate transmission devices such as reducers and gearboxes, improving efficiency by 10%-25%;
it is highly energy-efficient, saving 5%-10% energy compared to asynchronous motors;
it features zero-speed full-torque output characteristics, achieving a starting torque of 22 times the rated torque and an overload torque of 2 times the rated torque, with no impact on the power grid and mechanical transmission components during startup, extending equipment life by more than 2 times;
the system has fewer components, is easy to install, and has no gear transmission, mechanical wear, or oil leakage risk, essentially achieving maintenance-free operation;
the motor power can be maintained near rated efficiency within a load range of 20%-120%.
