In terms of conveying, we support bandwidth adjustment from 650 to 2200mm and belt speed control from 1.0 to 5.0m/s. We can customize personalized conveying solutions based on material characteristics, conveying distance, and production capacity targets, significantly improving operational flexibility.
Regarding reliability and durability, the equipment employs H-class insulation, possessing excellent heat resistance and electrical stability, ensuring long-term continuous operation. Its IP55 protection rating effectively resists dust and foreign object intrusion, making it suitable for complex and harsh working conditions in mining, metallurgy, and building materials industries. Meanwhile, we adopt water-cooling technology to efficiently remove operating heat, avoid damage to core components caused by high temperatures, and further extend the service life of the equipment; coupled with two-quadrant/four-quadrant operating modes, it supports multiple operations such as forward and reverse rotation and braking, meeting the start-stop and speed adjustment needs in complex scenarios, and safeguarding the safe production and efficient operation of our customers.
